Executive Assistant/Client Service Associate

Anna is our Executive Assistant/Client Service Associate. She is responsible for handling front office receptionist and administrative duties, such as answering phones, responding to company inquiries, and performing customer service work in support of the staff. She serves as the first point of contact with clients and helps individuals by responding to routine questions, providing general information and making appointment reservations.
